I had a pleasant stay at Heeton Concept Hotel Pattaya. The location was great, just a short walk to both shopping and the beach. While the rooms were clean and spacious, they felt a bit dated. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I found the breakfast to be hit or miss, especially for Western tastes.
